Merry Slothmas! Today marks the joyful conclusion of our annual 12 Days of Slothmas celebration. Over the past 12 days, we’ve shared how your generosity directly supports our mission to protect, rehabilitate, and release sloths into their natural rainforest homes. This campaign has been a heartwarming reminder of the incredible impact our community can have when we come together.
Each day of Slothmas, we highlighted a special need or contribution essential to our work.
- Twelve thousand dollars 💵 to fund our life-saving efforts.
- Eleven cozy kennels 🏠 for sloths in recovery.
- Ten trees a growing 🌳 to restore rainforest habitats.

- Four goat milk bottles 🍼 for orphaned baby sloths.
- Three x-rays 🩻 for medical care.
- Two adoption packages 🦥 to support sloths like Tilly.
- And a camera trap in a Guarumo tree 📸 to study wild sloths.
Meet Tilly, Our Sloth of the Month
This year’s Slothmas also features Tilly, our December Sloth of the Month, as a shining example of why your support matters. Tilly was rescued in 2018 from horrific conditions where she was exploited as a selfie prop, kept in a garage, and malnourished. Through our care, Tilly not only survived but thrived, becoming one of our most successful mothers in the wild.
